Michael is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran with a background in Anti-Terrorism and high-stakes Search & Rescue operations. Following his military service, he transitioned into the private sector as a Close Protection Agent, managing security details for high-profile clients in complex urban environments. A lifelong martial artist, Michael integrates decades of discipline and situational awareness into every security framework he develops.
As the founder of CitySafe, Michael acts as a strategic advisor for organizations that require effective oversight and fractional security leadership. He is dedicated to bridging the gap between professional response and community preparedness, empowering communities with the required knowledge and strategic confidence to act decisively during a crisis.
Alyssa Sciremammano
Director of Operations
Alyssa is a U.S. Army veteran with specialized expertise in operational logistics and mission coordination. Her military service cultivated a deep mastery of managing complex systems and resources under high-pressure conditions, ensuring teams operate with precision in dynamic environments. Following her service, she built an extensive career in private security, focusing on executive protection and high-level operational support.
As a member of the CitySafe board, Alyssa leads the structural design of our Security Management program. Her detail-driven approach ensures that Personal Security Management is both practical and scalable for the organizations we serve. She is dedicated to building robust safety systems that bridge the gap between public security and community resilience.
Bushra Sarker
Director of Branding
Bushra is a brand strategist and designer who ensures CitySafe’s specialized safety concepts are communicated with clarity, authority, and empathy. With a focus on visual storytelling, she translates complex violence prevention strategies into accessible, empowering resources for diverse urban populations.
Beyond her strategic role, Bushra is a dedicated advocate for survivors of interpersonal violence. She brings a vital, trauma-informed perspective to the CitySafe board, ensuring that our workshops and community partnerships are built on trust and psychological safety. By aligning our mission with a human-centered voice, she ensures CitySafe remains a supportive and resilient partner for every community we serve.
